About The Young Pastors Division

is to enhance the lives and ministries of the young pastors as we embrace our four pillars: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance.  Overseer Stephen Brown serves as a resource for Pastors 40 and under.  He serves under the direct leadership of Overseer Dr. Craig L. Oliver, Sr. and provides a bridge for Young Pastors transitioning into our fellowship.  Overseer Brown also provides insight on various aspects of ministry, including church growth and retention, ministry marketing, leadership and ministerial development, and embracing the supernatural.

Established in 1994, our essence is best captured by the phrase “The Right to Choose”, that freedom is based on the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ must be promoted by recognizing the free expression of the gifts of the Spirit as a viable part of the Body of Christ. The Fellowship is convinced that the choice to exercise these spiritual gifts is imperative for the local New Testament Church to fully function as the dynamic organism God has intended.
